If you want to make racially offensive comments, make sure the said race isn't directly connected to you and don't be so open about it because it's a really stupid act.
Being a racist isn't cool. I think if we want to overcome this and REALLY make 1Malaysia a reality, we should all make effort to stop from making such comments. And all races should start thinking of themselves as Malaysians first and whatever they are ethnically second.
Of course, national policies that are only favourable to a certain race should also be done away with.
Idiot lah her. And the friend who called a certain race a pig.
Thank God not my juniors.

I saw that in the e-kuliah shoutouts... They're actually talking about something interesting today...

i think this girl will get into trouble if they decide to make this into a big issue. as it is, it's being spread about on FB. now on e-kuliah as well?
tsk.

i went onto e-kuliah to see. some of the comments are downright ridiculous lah. i realise that only idiots are drawn to such issues and comment like retards. smarter people discuss in private.
but that goes to show the underlying racial tension in our country...

I believe it cannot be helped, it is all due to the upbringing of the parents of yesteryears. When they fought and survived those era when tension was really an issue between the races who just came together to form a nation.
But decades have passed on, and it is sad to see the old overly cautious and undeveloped mentality still remains.
So yeah, let us, then new generation do out best to make a difference !!!
(isk isk isk since when I become so bersemangat)

robin,

fatin,
we should hang more and see how many people think a "muhibbah" group moving around is weird or not. :p
heekai,
you should go see ekuliah! (our logins still work) i terasa-ed already cos some junior commented in such a way that made me feel as though i'm not a malaysian even though i'm the 2nd generation of my family (dad's side) to be born and bred here. so annoying. don't wanna see anymore.
Comment by varms on December 22, 2009 4:17 PM
I just want to erase that incident from my head. Everyone suddenly sounded so mean and scary...
Comment by silveraven on December 22, 2009 6:52 PM
i know right... haih. it's one thing to condemn her and her friend's actions but another thing altogether to tembak balik with equally racist comments aimed at EVERYONE in general. apalah. dua kali lima. (=.=)"
Comment by WeeN on December 24, 2009 10:19 AM
